Data Platform Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an AI-native community management platform, the full-time Data Platform Software Engineer will design and manage data ingestion pipelines, create data models, and ensure the integrity of multi-tenant data access while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines from operational systems
• Create and maintain data models and metric layers with thoughtful governance
• Ensure multi-tenant data isolation and provide robust reporting and ad-hoc query interfaces

Required qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines or aggregation layers over operational data
• Strong understanding of relational and dimensional modeling
• Active use of AI coding agents in daily work
• Proven ability to manage and solve complex data problems end-to-end
• Experience with semantic governance and data platform trustworthiness
