Job Summary
Supporting privacy compliance activities across the UK and Republic of Ireland, the full-time Data Privacy & Protection Analyst will manage data protection records, assist with privacy assessments, and promote a privacy-first culture while working remotely with occasional travel to the office.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day data protection and privacy compliance activities across the UK & Republic of Ireland
- Maintain records of processing activities, data mapping documentation, and privacy governance processes
- Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and manage Data Subject Requests within regulatory timeframes
Required qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in data privacy, data protection, or a related compliance field
- Practical knowledge of GDPR and related privacy requirements, including DPIAs and vendor risk management
- Experience with privacy management platforms, such as OneTrust, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy
- Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
