Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Data Privacy Counsel to provide legal expertise in TCPA compliance and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance on TCPA and GDPR compliance matters
• Advise stakeholders on data protection obligations and privacy risk mitigation
• Lead and support privacy/security incident response, including investigation and remediation strategies

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 5+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on privacy, data protection, and compliance
• Deep familiarity with the TCPA, GDPR, and U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA)
• Proven track record handling privacy/security incidents and regulatory response
