A company is looking for a Data Privacy Attorney (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on global privacy and data security laws
• Assist in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and state data breach notification laws
• Support clients in navigating data security standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data privacy attorney with an AmLaw 200 firm or large corporate legal department
• Strong academic credentials from a top accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
• Outstanding references
• CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications are a plus
