Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Privacy & Security Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on global privacy and data security laws
• Assist clients in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and state data breach notification laws
• Work on contract engagements with various corporations across different industries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data privacy attorney in a large corporate law firm or legal department
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
• CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications are a plus
