Data Privacy Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital privacy initiatives, the part-time Data Privacy Compliance Analyst will conduct domain assessments, assist in the implementation of consent management tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured reviews of web domains to assess regulatory exposure and identify compliance gaps
• Support the configuration and deployment of consent management tools and validate solutions against privacy standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate privacy requirements into actionable tasks and contribute to process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 4-7 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk, or digital governance
• Experience with consent management platforms, such as OneTrust
• Familiarity with web technologies and digital data collection practices
• Working knowledge of privacy regulations impacting digital channels
