Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a legal business partner to revenue teams, summarizing legal concepts and risks for business understanding
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of legal agreements while advising on contract interpretation
• Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes, ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of in-house legal experience; technology company experience preferred
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience with Data Processing Agreements is required
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including SAAS agreements
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems is preferred
