Data Privacy Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Privacy Lead for the Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage compliance with data privacy regulations across the Americas
• Develop and maintain data privacy policies and conduct regular audits
• Lead privacy impact assessments and incident response plans

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data privacy, with leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S., Canada, and Latin America data privacy laws
• IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/C) are highly desirable
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
• Hybrid working environment with potential travel for compliance activities
