Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's data privacy and protection program
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and applicable gaming regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulators and oversee data breach response efforts

Required Qualifications

• J.D. required
• Minimum of 8 years of data privacy compliance experience, preferably in gaming or online businesses
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
