Data Privacy Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Data Privacy department, the full-time remote Data Privacy Operations Associate will manage Data Processing Agreements, assist with privacy compliance initiatives, and provide administrative support to the Global Data Privacy Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Data Processing Agreements and track privacy-related requests for information
• Assist in updating policies and procedures related to personal information handling and support compliance with privacy laws
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Data Privacy Officer, including calendar coordination and document organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required
• 3 years of corporate administrative, secretarial, or legal paralegal experience
• Strong background in compliance, privacy, or related fields
• Solid understanding of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and general data protection principles
• Proficient with modern office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
