Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Proc I - Customer Service in Raleigh, NC for a remote and temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting information from customers and clients
- Entering data into the central database
- Responding to incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding FEMA
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least six months of customer service/secretarial/telemarketing experience
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Call center experience preferred, but not required
- Must be a US Citizen and reside in the Contiguous US
