Data Processor for Health Incidents

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Processor, Long Term Care Incidents (part-time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter confidential and protected health information (PHI) related to resident incidents into the company's proprietary ERMA system accurately
• Review incident details and apply company protocols to assess and document risk levels
• Meet or exceed hourly production standards while maintaining data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Administrative/clerical and customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and client management systems highly preferred
• Ability to self-manage time and workload effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in data input with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
