Data Processor for Long Term Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Processor, Long Term Care Incidents (part-time Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter confidential protected health information related to resident incidents into the company's ERMA system accurately
• Review incident details and apply company protocols to assess and document risk levels
• Meet required hourly production standards while maintaining data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; additional education or training preferred
• Experience in administrative/clerical roles and data input is ideal
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and client management systems is highly preferred
• Ability to self-manage time and workload effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in customer service and a team-oriented attitude are beneficial
