Data Processor for Long-Term Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Processor, Long Term Care Incidents (part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter confidential and protected health information (PHI) related to resident incidents into the company's proprietary ERMA system with high accuracy
• Review incident details and apply company protocols to assess and document risk levels consistently
• Meet or exceed required hourly production standards while maintaining strict accuracy and data quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
• Administrative/clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and client management systems highly preferred
• Some corporate work experience or related business education or training
• Ability to self-manage time and workload effectively in a remote work environment
