Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Processor, Long Term Care Incidents (part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Enter confidential and protected health information (PHI) related to resident incidents into the company's proprietary ERMA system accurately
- Review incident details and apply established company protocols to assess and document risk levels
- Meet or exceed required hourly production standards while maintaining strict accuracy and data quality expectations
Required Qualifications
- Administrative/clerical and customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and client management systems highly preferred
- Some corporate work experience or related business education/training
- Ability to self-manage time and workload in a remote environment
