Data Processor for Long Term Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Processor, Long Term Care Incidents (part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter confidential protected health information related to resident incidents into the ERMA system accurately
• Review incident details to assess and document risk levels according to established protocols
• Meet hourly production standards while maintaining data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Administrative/clerical and customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and client management systems highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Experience with data entry and maintaining confidentiality standards
