Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Processor, Long Term Care Incidents (part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Enter confidential and protected health information related to resident incidents into the company's proprietary ERMA system accurately
• Review incident details to assess and document risk levels based on established company protocols
• Meet required hourly production standards while maintaining accuracy and data quality expectations

Required Qualifications

• Administrative/clerical and customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education/training preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and client management systems highly preferred
• Experience in a corporate work environment or related business education/training
• Ability to self-manage time and workload effectively in a remote setting
