Data Product Analyst

Job Summary

To support the evolution of insurance domain data products, the full-time remote Data Product Analyst will translate business needs into specifications, oversee the data product lifecycle, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate domain needs into data product specifications, defining core insurance entities and metrics
• Design and maintain data products in collaboration with data engineering and platform teams, overseeing the full product lifecycle
• Define documentation and validation strategies to ensure data quality and support consumer adoption of data products

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in data-aligned roles such as data product management, BI/analytics engineering, or data governance
• Strong knowledge of insurance domain concepts, including policies, claims, and premiums
• Experience with Reserving, Reinsurance, and Finance Month Close data processes is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and governance practices
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse teams
