Data Product Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing data practice, the full-time Data Product Associate will independently manage data quality, resolve complex data issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data-driven products remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own high-impact data products, ensuring accuracy and client value through best-in-class outputs
• Design and maintain comprehensive QA processes to guarantee data reliability across sector products and client deliverables
• Investigate and resolve complex data quality issues while serving as a trusted resource for internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or consulting
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar programming languages for data transformation
• Experience using sample or panel data for decision-making estimates
• Proven ability to learn complex data methodologies quickly
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects and mentor peers
