Job Summary

Driving the successful delivery and adoption of data products, the full-time remote Data Product Delivery Lead will manage cross-functional teams and translate business objectives into scalable data solutions across commercial and operational domains.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary delivery partner for CST teams, shaping solution approaches and customer adoption strategies
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact
• Oversee the design and development of data pipelines and models, ensuring adherence to data quality and governance practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, leading end-to-end product delivery
• 5+ years of experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, building production-grade data products
• 3+ years of experience in the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry
