Data Product Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Owning the lifecycle of data products, the full-time remote Data Product Engineering Manager will define and prioritize the data product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data products for analytics and AI/ML use cases.
Key responsibilities
- Define and manage the data product roadmap aligned with business priorities and OKRs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data product requirements
- Lead data product sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in a product management, data management, or analytics role
- 3+ years managing data products in a modern data lakehouse or data warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data lineage, and metadata management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
