Data Product Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of data acquisition initiatives, the full-time salaried Data Product Implementation Lead will ensure timely delivery of data integrations while serving as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end data acquisition delivery, including managing new starts and process improvements
• Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and define project scope, timelines, and expectations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful development and deployment of data integrations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with EMR systems or healthcare data
• Experience in client engagement, project coordination, or technical support roles
• Ability to read and interpret healthcare data formats such as HL7 and FHIR
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
