Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Product Manager to lead the development of data products in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the convergence of agent-managed listing content and MLS-sourced search data onto a unified architecture
Define and ship AI-powered search capabilities to enhance consumer discovery of listings
Deliver a prioritized data product roadmap and ship multiple new data products within the first year

Required Qualifications

7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data products or data-intensive applications
Hands-on experience with MLS data and compliance standards in real estate
Proven track record of shipping data products that generated measurable business impact
Experience in data architecture and modeling to collaborate effectively with data engineers
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance product development and execution
