Data Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the Data Product team, the full-time remote Data Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring reliable and timely execution of data deliveries, enhancing data quality, and collaborating with various teams to drive insights for healthcare stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of data deliveries and resolve issues with vendors related to data schema modifications
• Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to identify gaps in the healthcare map and onboard new data sources
• Communicate data-related issues proactively to downstream teams and customers while maintaining an actionable operations backlog

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data product management or operations within healthcare or life sciences
• Prior experience with medical and/or prescription claims data
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL for conducting analyses
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong critical thinking skills and a detail-oriented, "Operations First" approach
