Data Product Manager
Job Summary
To support significant system changes, the remote contract Data Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for data products, identify high-value opportunities, and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products while ensuring alignment between technical teams and business partners.
Key responsibilities
- Define the vision and roadmap for data products, aligning strategy with organizational priorities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including requirements gathering, design, development, and launch
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business partners, ensuring effective communication and prioritization of requests
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering
- Demonstrated product leadership skills with the ability to work in ambiguity
- Strong understanding of data systems, including pipelines, warehousing, and governance
- Proficiency in collaborating with data architecture, engineering, and data science teams
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
