Data Product Owner

Job Summary

Driving strategic data and AI product initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Data Product Owner will manage the product lifecycle for Tech Ops and G&A functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders through all stages of the product lifecycle, from identifying use cases to measuring impact
• Collaborate with functional leads to define the strategic roadmap for data and AI initiatives aligned with enterprise capabilities
• Manage product backlogs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure data products meet user needs and drive adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data and AI product management or related roles
• Strong understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and data governance principles
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management
