Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the predictive analytics roadmap aligned to business goals across various departments
• Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with stakeholders to embed predictive insights into workflows
• Oversee the design and implementation of data products that deliver actionable insights and improve customer retention

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data product management, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in leading predictive modeling or AI initiatives that drive measurable business impact
• Strong business acumen with experience aligning data strategy to revenue, customer, and product goals
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, or advanced analytics platforms is preferred
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales environments is preferred
