Data Products Solutions Director

Job Summary

Driving TradeStation's enterprise data strategy, the full-time remote Enterprise Data Products & Solutions Director will own the data product vision, lead the transition to a governed data foundation, and ensure accountability for business outcomes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligning it with TradeStation's business strategy
• Lead the transition to "data as a product," establishing standards and frameworks for scalable data delivery
• Drive enterprise data governance, ensuring data quality, compliance, and effective use of AI tools for data management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, data science, or a related technical field
• 10+ years in data product, platform, or data strategy roles with demonstrated ownership of an enterprise data area
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in modern data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake
• Experience in institutionalizing data governance frameworks and quality monitoring practices
• Strong understanding of data product management and the ability to influence at the executive level
