Data Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Project Coordinator to support digital channel and asset management across a large portfolio of consumer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain large datasets across 500+ digital channels, including assets such as logos and channel packages
• Execute a bi-weekly channel update process, ensuring accuracy across websites and digital platforms
• Organize and maintain high-volume spreadsheet tracking and asset management workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in data coordination, digital operations, project coordination, or asset management
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large spreadsheets and high-volume data
• Interest in digital media, entertainment, or music is a plus
• Curiosity about automation, process improvement, or AI tools is highly valued
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected with a collaborative remote team
