Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, design, installation, and monitoring of storage systems and backup infrastructure
• Develops and implements security architecture for storage assets and ensures operational performance
• Mentors staff, manages hiring and training, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on IT strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience; Master's degree preferred
• Knowledge of relational database design, high availability, disaster recovery, and various operating systems
• Experience with backup management and associated storage designs
• Familiarity with backup software such as Networker, IBM Storage Protect, or Veeam
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
