Data Quality Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Data Quality Analyst will maintain the accuracy and standardization of company and contact data, resolve data conflicts, and partner with offshore teams to enhance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data conflicts, duplicates, and exceptions within the master data ecosystem
• Analyze data quality trends to recommend corrective actions and process improvements
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking data quality KPIs and team performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years of experience in data operations, master data management, or business transformation
• Experience with SQL and/or Python programming
• Ability to identify patterns in data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Familiarity with data governance concepts and quality assurance practices
