Job Summary

Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of project reporting data, the full-time remote Construction Content Data Quality Analyst will conduct systematic audits, perform verification calls with industry professionals, and collaborate with teams to enhance data quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine audits of project records to ensure accuracy and adherence to data standards
• Perform verification calls and emails with architects and contractors to confirm key project details
• Analyze audit results to identify data gaps and opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data quality auditing or operational data validation, preferably in construction or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data review tools
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with professional phone verification
• Knowledge of construction industry data or content workflows is a plus
