Data Quality Engineer
Job Summary
To support the "CCN Next Gen" Team, the fully remote Data Quality Engineer / Data Scientist will establish and maintain data quality, reconciliation, profiling, and analytical capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the integration process.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement reusable data quality frameworks and automate data quality controls
- Develop reconciliation methods and trace data elements through integration workflows to ensure accurate data transmission
- Profile healthcare data to identify anomalies and establish quality characteristics across various systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- Ten or more years of experience in data engineering, data quality, data science, or analytics engineering
- Strong proficiency with SQL and programming experience using Python, R, or comparable analytical languages
- Experience developing automated data validation, profiling, and reconciliation processes
- Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and referential integrity concepts
