Data Quality Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Data Quality Lead to oversee data quality processes and controls in a full-time remote role, this position will manage investigations of data issues, improve quality-control processes, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the investigation and resolution of data quality issues
• Develop and maintain data quality controls and operating procedures
• Build, manage, and develop a team of data quality analysts as the function expands

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and business intelligence or reporting tools
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Comfort working with automation and AI-assisted tools
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership and process development
