Data Quality Monitor (PA Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Quality Monitor to support the Patient Advocacy department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data quality in the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) for the health system
• Verify data integrity and coordinate merging and unmerging of patient information in the EMPI
• Act as a resource for implementation phases of the EMPI project and assist with troubleshooting as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school education required; associate degree in Computer Science or related area preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a Health Information Management or computer environment position
• Experience with access management required
• Knowledge of medical insurance and coding
• Familiarity with confidentiality policies and data integrity standards
