Data Quality Reviewer

Job Summary

Data Quality Reviewer is a full-time position responsible for monitoring and documenting patient vitals collected through remote devices, initiating monthly summary reports, and escalating abnormal findings to a team lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates monthly summary reports on patients' health conditions based on collected data
• Documents vitals collected through remote devices at specified intervals
• Notifies team lead when vital signs are outside of set parameters

Required Qualifications

• Some college or technical education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in health care data analytics, medical chart audit, or clinical documentation review
• Proficiency in navigating electronic health records
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to understand and interpret basic math logic such as averages and graphs
