Data Quality Reviewer

Job Summary

Reviewing patient data for accuracy and completeness, the full-time Data Quality Reviewer will ensure data readiness for advanced practice providers to develop care plans, working remotely while adhering to established guidelines and protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile patient data to ensure clinical completeness and accuracy for clinical review
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in data through defined channels for correction
• Identify potential gaps in care to facilitate timely advanced practice provider reviews

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification or significant experience in a medical field such as CNA, MA, HHA, PTA, medical social work, medical coding, or medical billing
• Reliable and secure internet access
• Secure workplace for accessing patient data
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI requirements
