Data Quality Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on maintaining high data integrity, the full-time Software Engineer, Data Quality will build automated validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection systems while working remotely to ensure accurate billing data across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze the product's data model and document the billing formats of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Develop automated data validation and anomaly detection workflows to prevent data quality issues
• Investigate and resolve data-quality problems, automating checks to prevent recurrence

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software or data engineering experience, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Fluency in SQL for data transformation and reconciliation, with proficiency in Python preferred
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in identifying subtle discrepancies in data
• Experience with AI tooling for enhancing data coverage and speed of investigation
• Interest in becoming an expert in cloud billing representations across multiple providers
