Data Quality Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Quality Monitor to support statewide data quality efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data quality and document security reviews, correcting statewide errors across all case types
• Monitor and correct errors on daily document security reports
• Identify trends and data quality issues for further investigation and provide training to local courts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience as a Court Operations Associate or in administrative/clerical data entry with customer service
• Working knowledge of MNCIS and eFS
• Knowledge of electronic case management systems or related applications
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
