Data Quality Specialist II

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Data Quality Specialist II will manage data integrity and onboarding processes remotely, ensuring accurate customer master data setup and compliance throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and validate SAP customer master fields to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead the analysis of customer-submitted documents to determine setup parameters
• Conduct quality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining high data integrity standards

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-4 years of experience in data quality, data management, or customer onboarding roles
• Hands-on experience with SAP customer master data is highly preferred
• Knowledge of customer master data fields and workflows
• Familiarity with regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus
