Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Identify patients for inclusion in clinical registries through strict criteria and protocols
Collect and validate data for the program using established criteria and definitions
Analyze data and reports to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, or related field required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience required
Current valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
Familiarity with medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information
