Data Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing IT team, the full-time Data Relationship Manager will serve as the primary bridge between the IT organization and business partners' data needs, driving the design of data product architecture and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable solutions
• Oversee the creation of technical specifications and ensure compliance with IT data governance and design standards
• Architect key data products and provide design recommendations based on business domain needs and technical feasibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in a business-facing data role, such as Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or Data Operations
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting support
• Strong understanding of data management concepts and experience with AWS architecture and BI platforms
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and managing cross-functional projects
