Data Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and operational excellence of its AWS-based data platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and stability of production data pipelines and data platform services
• Diagnose and resolve data pipeline failures, delays, and data quality issues in production environments
• Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis to implement durable fixes

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience working with production data platforms in AWS environments
• Prior experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production
• Proficiency in Python and SQL within real data systems
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting distributed data processing systems
• Experience handling production incidents and performing root cause analysis
