Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Analytics & Reporting Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with members of the People Team to provide data and analytics support for the business
- Develop data reports with analysis and meaningful insights
- Create presentation-ready visuals that effectively communicate data stories
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence, or related functions
- Skilled experience with Airtable and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating data reports and presentations
- Working knowledge of recruiting, feedback, and performance management processes and systems
- Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or Greenhouse is a plus
