Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Reporting Analyst for Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tracking metrics for IDR cases, including trends and financial impact
• Design and build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into IDR performance
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of IDR volume and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
• Experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Understanding of healthcare insurance operations and dispute resolution processes
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience
