Data Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate reporting for business operations, the full-time salaried Data Reporting Analyst will manage complex report generation using SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as the primary point of contact for reporting needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Standardize report formats and data sources to enhance process efficiency
• Act as the subject matter expert for client-specific reporting needs and key performance indicators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in the health care insurance industry
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Power BI and Business Objects
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development
• Understanding of application logic, file layouts, and program logic
