Data Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support business operations and contractual compliance, the full-time Data Reporting Analyst will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of complex reports using SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects, while working remotely and managing day-to-day reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate internal and external reports, including claims and utilization data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Standardize report formats and data sources to enhance process efficiency and minimize manual efforts
• Act as a subject matter expert for client-specific reporting needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams on data insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in the health care insurance industry
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Power BI and Business Objects
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including Integration Services and Reporting Services development
• Understanding of application logic, file layouts, and program logic
