Data Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support business performance and strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Data Reporting Analyst will leverage Vendor Management Systems and advanced analytics to develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders on customized reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing, publishing, and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Analyzing program performance and workforce data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Partnering with Program Management and business stakeholders to deliver customized reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data reporting, business analytics, finance, operations, IT, or workforce solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and data analysis
- Experience analyzing complex datasets and presenting actionable business insights
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Microsoft Access preferred
