Data & Reporting Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Leading data visualization and automation initiatives, the full-time remote Data & Reporting Analyst Lead will manage the creation of dashboards and reports, drive improvements in data processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead improvements for data and automation across reporting initiatives, including Tableau and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Analyze business trends and identify strategies for reporting and automation enhancements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a business or data analyst
• Proven experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to create and interpret complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VBA
• Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders to determine effective solutions
