Data Reporting Consultant

Job Summary

Driving strategic data-informed decisions, the full-time remote Data Reporting Consultant will design, develop, and deliver enterprise Power BI reporting solutions to support Revenue Cycle operations and strategic decision-making, while leading complex reporting initiatives and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and automate business and reporting solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and creating interactive BI reports
• Execute creative data analytic approaches to derive actionable outcomes through defining metrics and conducting various statistical analyses
• Interpret data analyses and present findings to stakeholders, providing context to enable informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in data analytics or a directly related field
• At least one (1) year of experience in a leadership role
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and report performance optimization
• Experience with Databricks or other cloud analytics platforms preferred
